The staff are friendly and everything is clean. It's reasonably priced and you could self serve at breakfast

The size of the room and features were perfect. The TV was alot larger than anticipated and staff were brilliant. Fridge and small desk fan came in really handy also. Transport, Superstores and various other outlets are within walking distance.

Location was about it.
It was very tired and soulless. Only stayed as lack of other choice due to the rugby being on and prices were sky high.

Lovely lake with great rooms, staff were brilliant but you are on the Culver House roundabout which is very noisy.

I stop here 5 to 6 times a year for work purposes great value for money and like how there’s a ms food hall over the road & Tesco and McDonald’s

5 days and they never cleaned it.
And the garbage did not take them for 5 days!

Staff were very friendly and helpful
Double bed was two singles put together one side had a dreadful uncomfortable dip in it that I wasn't able to sleep properly in it, carpet in room had tears in it worn out. Shower needed a proper screen as floor was soaking wet and floor towel with it

Had a lovely time away at the hotel, staff were lovely and the meal in the restaurant was excellent 👌 would definitely return.

Good location with plenty of basic amenities nearby. easy access to Cardiff.

The members of staff were amazing. From the reception desk to the dinner and breakfast staff were super helpful and very friendly.

The bath and constantly hot water. Strong shower. Room was big and spacious. Staffs are all very friendly.
The only let down was the breakfast. But hotel staffs were accommodating.

Dinner menu cancelled at short notice as chef no show and reduced to two pizzas and couple of curry dishes. Not great

Dirty glasses left outside room when arrived.Bugs in Bath tub, and small hairs.TV kept freezing picture.Spa and pool facilities not open.Staff unavailable on reception desk when needed had to wait a long time.Paying and booking for breakfast day before.Noisy traffic outside room.

The very polite smart booking in receptionist exceptional good people skill far beyond her age and genetation made you feel welcome
