Good location, very helpful and friendly staff, beautiful outlook, good breakfast, nice sized room and large comfortable bed.
Our room was sub ground level just below the car park. Unfortunately there was a sports convention being held so there was a lot of noise from running coach engines and people boarding outside our window in the early hours. We were also next to an exit door to reception which banged shut every time someone left. Our bathroom needed updating as stained bath and some mouldy grouting.

Beds always so comfortable
Regular guest placed down stairs in outer building not good

Staff really nice and hotel clean and spacious.

Location. Opening window. Two bedside lamps this time.
Dated. Two single beds, but pushed against a wall mounted headboard for a double bed, therefore 1’ 6’m too short. One switch for room lighting by the door. Walk from lift to room went through an outside corridor - bizarre design decision.
