Stunning hotel, huge room most comfortable bed, great facilities and the perfect location

Loved every part of my stay

Well designed and great spaces in the room . Magnificent bathroom and distribution.

Cleaning service was chaotic , we only had one day of cleaning, even though we asked for it every day . Also, we had a third person in the room and asked for an extra bed, they charge for it but never installed it. We decided to leave early , not even a refund was issued .

The room size was excellent — more like a spacious studio — and the location was perfect. The lobby and restaurant were also very nice. Access to the parking was easy and convenient, although €17 per day is a little expensive.

However, there are a few things to be aware of. The rooms are quite old and the lighting is not sufficient, especially in the evening. Getting to the room is also a bit complicated as you need to take two different elevators. During our stay, one of the two elevators was out of service for around 12 hours. This meant we had to use the stairs for three floors and then take the other elevator, or walk around to the back side of the hotel to access another elevator. The other thing I still don’t understand about many hotels in Europe is the room-cleaning policy. I paid around €175 per night, yet the room was only cleaned every three days. At this price level, I would expect basic daily housekeeping to be included. Would I stay here again? Most probably yes. Despite these issues, the excellent location and very generous room size make it a convenient place to stay.

La spa, il personale abbastanza accogliente, la grandezza della camera e la posizione vicina sia al centro sia alla stazione dei treni.

Il percorso un po' strano per arrivare al piano della nostra camera, la polvere presente sui comodini e il bollitore della camera, il fatto che il phon fosse rotto ed il fatto che il letto matrimoniale fossero due letti singoli messi vicini con coperte singole.
