I am conflicted about how to rate this property. On the first glance everything was perfect: great location, amazing sound isolation (at least to the outside), comfortable furniture and fully set kitchen. Unfortunately there were pretty serious problems, which prevented me enjoying my time there and it breaks my heart, because i really loved the setup. It truly looks like this place was created by someone who understands hospitality, but maintained by those who do not give a care

The room was extremely dusty, and the size of dust motes discovered under and on top of furniture suggests, that it wasn't one time accident, rather a systematic issue, makes me wonder, what else wasn't cleaned properly. In addition to that for the whole duration of my stay there wasn't any internet. The excuse of local construction works doesn't fly, cause bars in the direct neighborhood all had internet. Of course, one should never do operations with sensitive data, such as credit card information, using a random bar wifi, so, left with no possibility to plan my trip and book tickets beforehand, i ended up losing actual money. The tv also did not work the whole week, which is not that crucial, but still was a bummer - they seem to have great channels

The location was great, close to the city centre & loved the little cafes and bars close by. Very spacious apartment and the kitchenette was perfect. Clean and spacious, lovely balcony.

It was advertised with WiFi. We had an email the day we arrived to tell us it wasn’t working. No further contact throughout our stay & had to incur additional network charges to be able to use internet whilst there. When I returned and informed limehome about this, they really couldn’t care less and told me I should have reported it! It was reported to me…! Could have done with an extra pillow. Had I asked I’m sure this would have been done. So ask if you are struggling. Noisy guests kept me awake well into the night. Not the property’s fault but very thin walls. Security deposit is a sneaky one. They don’t tell you you need to pay this & then demand a €200 deposit the day before you go, this came as a huge surprise and was extra cost I didn’t account for! They do transfer the day after you get back but through no fault of my own and some strange “transaction fee” I’ve lost £10 between what I paid and what was returned. I brought this up with limehome and they told me they had refunded the full amount and it was my issue. Not helpful in the slightest. Really disappointed as it was a lovely place, but these issues will make me consider whether I will book again.

Location is great. The room is spacious and the bed comfy.

Unfortunately we got stuck in the elevator and although we understand this can happen, there is no way to contact limehome over the phone. Only way to contact them is through WhatsApp. By the time they respond, we already called fire department and they helped us get out. Guests safety should be the biggest priority but in this case it didn't feel that way.
