ARQUEOLOGO Exclusive Boutique Hotel Cusco - Centro Histórico

Location, courtyard, breakfast, proximity to plaza, good food.

Everything was pleasant

The Location was secured and safe

The heater did not warm the place and no hot water

ARQUEOLOGO Exclusive Boutique Hotel Cusco is right at the city center and is at a stone's throw distance to many amazing cafe's, restaurants, shopping options and souvenir shops. Proximity and accessibility is the hotel's USP. Now its a boutique hotel so obviously it will have its fair share of challenges, example - No lift. No 24/7 reception, No round the clock restaurant access etc. etc. BUT despite these flaws, the property is amazing and will meet most of your expectations. The staff is a great 10/10. Super helpful, reachable, helps you carry your luggage (if they are there during the duty hours - Else you have to carry the suitcase yourself) The breakfast is amazing and the staff preparing goes the extra length to help you meet your requirements. The room we stayed in was triple sharing and was good, Bed was comfortable, and housekeeping was done daily. WI-FI was the only aspect which disappointed. There was a small kitchenette in the room which was a saving grace and came in handy for various reasons. Overall a good stay.

The price point. We booked the property just 24 hours in advance and probably that was the reason why the price point was high.
