Location was fantastic. Although basic, the room had everything you could need. I liked having a slightly bigger fridge than the minis you get in most hotel rooms - the freezer section actually froze!Loved that you could open a window. Free coffee and hot chocolate machine in lobby as well as filtered water. Liked having a bath tub to soak in at night after long days walking around Melbourne. Also liked that access to the hotel lobby was by keycard only, meaning random people couldn't get access. Good safety feature. Easy parking when pre-booked.
The mattress was medium firm. My preference is soft. The kitchenette had 2 stools for a 3 person room. That's it!

Location is fantastic, so close to the theatres and plenty of locations near by to eat and an iga just around the corner.
Unfortunately the fridge had been turned off, probably to defrost it, so the drip tray was full of water. We didn’t realise it was off until the next morning when our milk wasn’t cold.
