Very friendly and professional staff. The breakfast was fantastic. Room was big and comfortable, and the bathroom spacious, beautiful and with a wonderful shower. The location is unbeatable and you can walk pretty much everywhere. I’d highly recommend it!

Valet took too long to bring the car even though it has been previously scheduled.

checkin took long time around 26mimute to wait , room was very hot , front desk guy wasnt nice and for 1 hour late check out they ask 150euro last time i am staying there and also i wont send my company employee there

Good breakfast, amazing location, pretty nice room. We aslo enjoyed the Executive lounge and the sauna.

The cleanliness was not as expected. The water in the pool was dirty, you could also see that there were dirt deposits. We have a bathroom with a hydromassage tub, but when we started it, a lot of dirt came out from the hydromassage holes, probably old soap, it was black and smelled horrible, definitely we were not able to have a bath. You could also see soap deposit at the level of the hydromassage holes. We reported the issue, but it was not solved. We only used the shower. We also asked for the pillow available for the executive rooms, in the first night, and we never got them, or at least to be informed that they do not have that option. Also, I asked if there is an aniversary package available to buy and they mentioned that they have a package available with no payment. At the hotel we were expected with a not for a wrong name with a wrong cellebration message. I would have expect to ask me those information before. The other thing they left in the room was a portion of a cake. If I would knew that, I would have probably ordered something to make a proper surprise. Overall, the hotel seems a bit old, an the hallways are not properly cleaned.

It is very surprising that children are allowed into the spa - rather than being a place to relax with my partner it felt more like a nursery. It's a shame as the spa was one of the reasons I booked this hotel, and that particular part of the trip was in part spoiled by the hotel allowing screaming children and teenagers in the spa
