Excellent location in the heart of old town. Spacious albeit ugly rooms with a decent bathroom. Good staff and service.

Old fashioned hideous decor, stained carpets, medieval ornaments and lighting. In desperate need of an upgrade.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. Just a few minutes stroll from the Old Town Square and within walking distance of most attractions. Our Junior Suite was very spacious and very comfortable and with only 2 of us staying in the suite it felt more like an apartment. The bedroom was large with plenty of storage and a lovely comfortable huge bed. The bathroom was very spacious and the shower was excellent. Shower gel/shampoo and soap were provided. We didn't avail of the bath with it's soft purple lighting which looked very nice. We had a mini bar fridge and a kitchen sink with a breakfast bar seating in the entrance hall area of the suite and there was a safe in this room also. The living room area was very generous and comfortable and with a sofa bed. The breakfast buffet was sufficient, the hot food consisting of scrambled eggs and bacon and then there were continental options. Coffee was supplied in flasks and while it was drinkable, it wasn't great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel bar closes early, 9 or 10pm, but there is a nice bar just a few doors away. The room was cleaned daily and the hotel in general seemed spotlessly clean. If we return to Prague we would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it.

The only drawback was the noise from nightlife outside at night. We like to sleep with windows open but it wasn't possible due to very noisy crowds congregating outside into the early hours. The hotel is in no way at fault, and when we closed the windows we were able to sleep.

Rooms are large.

Hotel is in an old building. We need to carry our luggages up a flight of steps to reach the lift. We also need to walk down a flight of steps to reach the breakfast area. The living & bedroom look dated and have a musty smell. We can hear the noise from people on the streets even late into the night.

Location of the hotel is absolutely ideal, a short 2-3 minute walk from the Old Town Square, and plenty of other restaurants and bars even closer. The hotel is relatively small, only 13 or so rooms, but our Suite was huge, beautiful, and comfortable. Staff were really friendly and a good selection at breakfast.

No faults or negatives to report.

A marvellous place to stay very near to the old twon square in the city of Prague. The rooms were much bigger, cleaner and cozy than our expectations. The staff was very welcoming and supporting.
