Best Western Plus Khan Hotel

The hotel is placed in "Old Town" and it was super convenient. A short walk down to the harbour and Mermeli beach. The hotel staff were very helpful especially in terms of booking tours and things to do. I felt they had a really good breakfast spread as well. I also loved the pool!

The food selection at the restaurant apart from breakfast. This created all the more opportunity to explore the city though.

The hotel was very clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious. The pool area was nice, and the breakfast was decent. The location was excellent—right in the city center and close to everything. Whenever we requested something, it was provided to us immediately, which I really appreciated.

The breakfast could definitely be improved, especially in terms of quality and variety. The hotel also seemed to be overbooked during our stay, which made it quite crowded. I also requested a late check-out, but unfortunately, they couldn’t offer even one extra hour, despite the fact that we had booked a full week at the hotel. I found this disappointing. Finally, at around $200 per night, I feel the hotel is quite expensive for a four-star property, and at that price point, I would expect a little more in terms of service and overall experience.

Hotel location perfect, couple mins walk from lively shops and 5 mins walk into Old Town. Big swimming pool, efficient air con and friendly staff. Iren, Nutella and Denie plus our lovely cleaner on 6th floor who kept room beautifully.

Nothing at all. One tiny tip, perhaps Reception could offer tourist maps as the City is tricky to navigate at first!
