Staff were friendly and helpful, food was perfect for my needs. Would stay again, only downside was the area was run down, but l was at a function the other side of stoke on Trent so wasn't a problem

The room was lovely, clean and spacious. Wish we could have stayed more than 1 night.
The shower was tricky to work. The taps were very stiff. The towel warmer wouldn't turn off making the bathroom and room very hot

The main thing is its convenient location in the centre of the town. Plenty of space in its own car park and very welcoming and friendly staff.
The only downside in hot weather is that the rooms don’t have air con but that’s about it really.

Practical location to Alton Towers with a few food outlets nearby
Quality of room was poor, faulty lock on room door, mattresses dated and bedding stained, brown water came out of bathroom cold water tap initially
