A brilliant stay and I can't wait to go back there.

All of the food was of the highest standard and the staff were fantastic It is one of the best hotel experiences I have had and I cannot rate their friendliness and professionalism highly enough.

Can't think of anything.

Very good overall. Would definitely stay again.

The room was comfortable and clean and the facilities were excellent. The breakfast was particularly good and the breakfast serving staff were very good. Evening meals were good, but the choices were a bit limited for a long stay and I would say that the service was a bit slow for my liking.

There was nothing bad about the hotel, but the surrounding area had very few other entertainment/food options around, so was unable to go anywhere else for food or drinks.

Großes Hotel für Reisegruppen!

Etwas ausserhalb mit guter Anbindung! Direkt an verkehrsreicher Straße, aber überhaupt nicht laut!

It was okay, but nothing special.

Very nice room & bathroom. Box of chocolates and handwritten note in room for our anniversary.

The dining experience in general was mediocre - breakfast was all precooked, so all hot foods were not made fresh (including the eggs). It also felt much more catered towards bulk travelers vs the individual.

The hotel is OK but the organization of breakfast is a tragedy.

The tragic organization of breakfast. The staff runs around aimlessly. You have to wait for coffee for someone to bring it to you. You have to wait to be let into the room. You wait and waste your time instead of having breakfast and going on tour.

Perfect Galway stay

Easy check in, plenty of pleasant staff on hand to assist, spotless room , ample parking , bus stop outside for easy access to Galway.Excellent breakfast.We managed to have a table for evening meal on two occasions without booking

A great stay a little far from the city center.

It was a little far from the city center. I would have rather been closer. Also the family room was a little small for out family of 5.

Had no breakfast only accommodation for 1 night which was quite expensive.

Great and comfortable

The rooms we originally booked were absolutely beautiful but just to big for my family. After a few adjustments the management team fully refunded me for the one room as they have upgraded us to bigger family rooms. Their kindness and willingness to help was outstanding.

The breakfast was somewhat dull. I had to wait for 15 minutes for a americano and the staff was not busy behind the bar.

Comfortable, friendly hotel with lovely food x

Excellent service and great choices. Lovely food . Staff were so helpful.

I found the quilt on the bed very light . Not warm enough. Decor is a bit old fashioned but that’s a minor detail. I think there should be a cheaper price for a person on their own
