Ideal for city break centrally located clean and comfortable staff were friendly and helpful particularly at reception breakfast was lovely

Location was great - short walk from the bus/train station and to the rest of Galway. The room of generous proportions and check-in was easy.
There was nothing that I didn't like about the experience. This is not a 5 star hotel, but I didn't pay 5 star price for it. It fitted my needs very well.

Very friendly staff and a comfortable hotel with an excellent location.
The walls are a little thin and noise from other rooms was evident but it did not stop me getting a good night's rest as the noise level from other courteous guests dropped later on in the evening.
