Great location, nice bar area, great breakfast and fantastic service from the bar team.
Was awoken by some sort of boiler at 6am. More teabags in the room would be great. Also would encourage the hotel to change the coffee sachets - Nescafé in that form is disgusting! Try it!

The staff were very courteous. The hotel was spotless. The breakfast was excellent and rather than the usual buffet (as in most hotels) this was individually cooked breakfasts with table service.
Nothing that I particularly disliked. If there was one criticism it would be that there wasn't a great meal selection on the room service menu. It consisted of burger, fish and chips or a vegetarian option only.

Great position for what we wanted to do, rooms great, facilities excellent and staff friendly.
Only small things really no fridge in the room and the bed wasn’t like home, but like I said small things.

Front office staff were warm & helpful
Bathroom could do with an upgrade. Shower water running hot n cold while taking a shower. Complaint but nothing was done.
Double bed too small for 2 people, expecially for a business studio room.
My food was absolutely rubbish, did not
eat it. Ordered veg pasta with supposedly grilled veggies in tomoto sauce. It was the worse ever sauce i have ever eaten and the pasta was overcooked.
