Location was right in the middle of Douglas just off the Main Street and sea front
The Room was very clean and we liked everything about it
Staff were very helpful and friendly
Also breakfast and dinner was also very good
If we visit again we wouldn’t hesitate to book a room here again
No negatives

Absolutely everything, the staff were extremely helpful:
Kitchen Staff were brilliant and accommodated any requirements and the meals were gorgeous
Cleaning staff I believe she is called Ana she is amazing at her job and we left her a nice card and some celebration's chocolates as a thankyou.
Reception staff were super friendly and polite
Genuinely recommend this place to anyone as the staff and the location and everything about it is genuinely perfect, actually no, beyond perfect.
Thankyou for having us

Nothing to dislike at all

Very good breakfast with excellent cooked choices. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was in good order, well decorated, fitted out and a good size. The location is great, being only short walks to the ferry, Manx Museum, (well worth a visit!), shops and restaurants.
Unfortunately there was some sound transfer from other rooms, (mainly the noise of bathroom extractor fans).

Location - beachfront hotel.
Air conditioner didn’t work at all and at night we have 24 degrees room.
Problems with electricity at night was flashing lamps. So sad views from windows.
