right on the beach front, great views of the sea

It's in a gated complex , and parking with the complex was difficult, but we were there Goodwood Revival weekend, which may have contributed

The hotel is clean and presentable and suits my needs , l have stoppedbefore

The cooked breakfast was only medioca. The majority was well done to say the least, probably due to the time spent in the ban Marie. In my view if breakfast is a 3 hour slot having food on the pass that long keeping warm can only reduce the quality. The bacon was hard along with the fried egg, the sausage and scrambled egg was tasteless. Also thebar prices where a bit steep.
