Very clean and comfortable room with nice oldschool furniture. High quality products for breakfast. The hotel is 5 mins walk from the cable car station you will use to get to Hasliberg and hike higher up in the direction of Melchsee-Frutt or Brünig.
It wasn't cheap but then again, it's Switzerland and a quite popular destination.

Lovely local hotel with the lovely owners looking after us. We were able to check in very early which was great. Good room, clean and bright.

Arrived by train and then walked from the station. It is close enough, though with luggage you do have to plan enough time to get back to the train station, which at least is down hill when you walk back.
There is a nice Italian restaurant close by for dinner.
Breakfast: nice variety of cheese, yogurts, cold meats and bread.
The shower was blocked with hair and flooded the bathroom floor, the staff did come look afterwards and was apologetic - I believe this was an exception to the rule
