The Staff came over to show us around the Dining facilities. The breakfast was laid out well The food was really good. The cooked breakfast really done well and it was hot. We had to have a lesson in how to use the coffee machine. The young staff there were great

The location is excellent, shops, pubs all close by. The hotel is so clean and staff are friendly and helpful.

Beautiful river view from my room. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Central location. Quiet room. Discounted car parking in the Derbion Centre a 5 minute walk away.

Breakfast could have been a little better.

The room was amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable, I had an amazing sleep. The bath was also very nice. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were all extreme helpful and friendly. The reception were excellent to me and allowed me both an early check in and late check out as my flight times to and from Derby were very awkward.

It was strange to have a reception on fourth floor. Felt a bit fearful going outside for a vape. I do understand the whole vibe is to discourage smoking but the fact of the matter is plenty of people still do, and it's important to feel safe when doing so. Assistance ( should I have required it) being four floors away was disconcerting. My only quibble. That, and a dark lonely corridor on my return.

Rooms very hot even with the air conditioning on

Location was perfect, and the front desk staff were exceptional.

The air conditioning was not working in my room, and we had to leave the window open at all times.

Comfortable beds. Accommodating all of us. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent. Will stay again in the future.

Room was large, clean & had a lovely view. Breakfast was tasty. All the staff were wonderful!

The bathtub could have been cleaner but it wasn't too bad.

Great central location by the river. Clean, comfortable room with a great view overlooking the weir. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Food was just okay, nothing special. Room was quite warm and couldn’t get cold air on the conditioner.
