The hotel was very dog friendly and had a nice atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable with a great shower. The staff were all excellent- very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The location was convenient for our journey back home from a trip to the Lake District
The outside area beyond the property is uninspiring.

Good location.
Comfortable room, thankfully with aircon which was needed.
The front of house staff for breakfast on both days we're very attentive.
