Very cozy, clean and the entire idea with 100 bears is actually pretty sweet.
The rooms were clean and nice. The breakfast was good.
Only that It is located near a restaurant and the music was pretty loud. In the rooms facing the restaurant, there was some noise from the party. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

The location is excellent, just a short distance from the city center. The hosts are very welcoming and accommodating, and the breakfast is varied, generous, and satisfying. Having hot water and good heating is a big plus.
The furniture is very old, and the bathroom is outdated and in need of renovation. The shower cabin is particularly small, and the drain gets clogged very quickly. Also, for a four-star property, I would expect proper shower gel dispensers or bottles, as a tiny sachet of shower gel is simply not sufficient.

Structure very new, clean and well preserved. Central location with excellent parking. Accomodating in many requests. Excellent reference to a nearby restaurant, Vatra Regala.
Non sound proof balconies and windows as well as no thermal insulation. No lift and safety box. No coffee maker machine.

The rooms are quite big, clean, and have large balconies. The location of the villa is great, close to everything that is important.
The location is quite loud. The rooms are not soundproof and you can hear every truck or train that passes by, especially during the night. The rooms have particularly noisy doors which means you will hear every single guest leaving or returning to their rooms.
