New Park Hotel

It’s central location

Nothing to dislike

Convenient location at the outskirts of city center. Decent breakfast. The hotel doesn't have a dedicated car parking, but they still take care of it, finding a spot in the streets around the block. How safe it is, I don't know - I didn't have a problem for the one night I stayed.

A bit worn out. Definitely no a five star hotel.

The shower had excellent water pressure, which I really appreciated, and the shower gel smelled lovely. The hotel is in a convenient location, and breakfast offered a wide variety of food.

Nothing

We had an enjoyable stay overall and found the hotel clean, comfortable and pleasant. A special mention goes to the Housekeeping team, who consistently greeted us first and were the only team members who did so with a genuine smile. Their warmth and courtesy made a particularly positive impression and added a personal touch to the stay.

There are, however, a few details that could benefit from greater attention. The bathroom, in particular, would deserve some additional care: there was visible limescale and some mould, while parts of the grout are showing their age and would benefit from renewal. A thorough descaling treatment would make a noticeable difference. The in-room information materials also appeared somewhat worn and creased, which felt slightly out of place in a five-star environment. The amenities and in-room welcome items could likewise have been presented in a more consistent and cohesive manner.
