Nothing I didn’t like!

We absolutely loved our stay at Eden Resort & Villas! From the moment we arrived, the staff were so welcoming, friendly and attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the service throughout our stay was fantastic. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful and surrounded by greenery, while still being close enough to everything in Patong. Our room was gorgeous, comfortable and clean, and the pool area was such a lovely place to relax. The breakfast was also a highlight — plenty of variety and everything we tried was delicious. We also loved how helpful the staff were with organising transport and helping us get around. Overall, Eden Resort & Villas was the perfect start to our Thailand holiday. We felt so relaxed and looked after during our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend! ❤️🇹🇭

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Loved the vibes of the place - chill, quiet, wonderful staff. Very aesthetic resort - from lobby to rooms to facilities. Loved the spacious room, king size bed and o my the shower area! Room was very clean and I enjoyed chilling in it. Restaurant food was fantastic, especially the buffet breakfast, which has a separate menu for you to order the hot dishes. Thank you to the wonderful staff, always with a smile and so helpful - especially James and Biw/Bwi (sorry I'm not too sure if my spelling is correct). Massage next door to resort is also fantastic!

I didn't like that guests could smoke at the poolside bar/swimming area. Non smokers should not be made to inhale second hand smoke. I had to move myself away when I was enjoying my meal.

my stay was good. The hotel is spacious compared to many other hotels, and the location is excellent and convenient.

The night shift receptionist was very unfriendly and unprofessional. He didn’t even respond to a simple greeting, which created a poor first impression. The towels in the room were also old and worn out and should be replaced with new ones. Another disappointing point was the hotel’s policy of charging guests if the room key card is not returned. Most international hotels do not make a big issue out of key cards. We even asked if we could keep one as a souvenir from our stay, but our request was declined.
