We stayed 2 nights in the Panorama room and enjoyed the quiet location, the comfy bed as well as the great breakfast.
Hooks for Hand- and Bath towels are missing.
The combined main light for the room with three lamps right over the head side of the bed were annoying: When my wife required light to take a shower I had three bright lamps shining in my face in the bed.

I loved the extremely friendly and efficient team, as well as the hotel's great location, my comfortable room, and an unfussy check-in and check-out process. Also: a proper stairwell that invites you not to use the lift!
The breakfast looked tempting and the ground floor is very inviting but the €25 price tag kept me and my friends away. Which is just as well, Vienna has plenty of great bakeries and cafés. Also, would be great to have a hook or rail for hand towels.

The location near Belvedere was perfect. Room was very spacious and clean.
The parking garage being in the adjacent building is not perfect, but parking spaces were rather large and everything was well marked, so it was ok.

Bright rooms, a short walk to the train station
Very noisy rooms, with the ring road right next door and poor sound insulation. The overall design felt more like an unfinished youth hostel than a proper hotel. The sink was located in the room right next to the bed, with carpet underneath, which made it feel unhygienic and impossible to clean the area properly.

"colazione ottima e abbondante nella scelta, tutto freschissimo. stanze nuove e pulite. ottima l'idea di fornire gratuitamente pop-corn e gelati agli ospiti, così come è stato piacevole dopo una giorna..."
