Beautiful views. Onsite breakfast is Percy buffet with everything. Easy to get to the #6 bus which arrives every 10-15 minutes during the day so Old town and other areas are easily accessible. Promenade walk is beautiful and gets you to great food and shopping.

Quality of the non-breakfast meals is fine but not nearly as good as other locations in Lapad and Old Town

Location is great close to very beautiful shore and not to far from old city by taxi. Also it’s a complex so you can find different restaurants within the hotel. Views are stunning!

Breakfast has low variety and for this level of hotel I would expect more. Also every day in breakfast it looked like restaurant and staff were not fully ready, with people doing their tasks while guests were already there, so it does not give good impression. Some areas can be better kept, there were lots of Mosquitos in spa area, in the inside pool.

The suite was fine - not outstanding, but nothing to really criticise.

What we did not realise was that this hotel was just one in a resort complex along the coastline, making guests a captive audience. The complex includes several (very expensive) restaurants, but they all have pretty much the same menu of very ordinary offerings and unfortunately you're stuck with it. If you're looking for a hotel to drop and do nothing, and you're not fussed about your food, this may be okay. We were not that demographic, so the hotel did not really meet our requirements.
