Look if the hotel was lovely . Rooms lovely and vomferable
One Staff on reception was lovely and staff in bar and breakfast room were all polite and helpful
Smell of poo in the foyer . It was blocked off next day .The lady that didnt serve us on reception. was misrable .just a got a rude look when our dog was trying to say hello. when we were checking in and when checking out the lady when dealing with myself and other guest wasnt rude . Very short and just said all paid done in a misable tone . And to other guest as well . . This was not good customer service . Put us off from booking again . And i ofter travel back down for family .

Great location, walking distance to airport. Perfect to crash. Did the job. Small room, clean and very comfortable.

Good location and price
Expensive car park, small bed, one lift not working, breakfast quality not as good as in the past. Room decor dismal.
