Breakfast was not included. It was a nice little accommodation but not value for the amount paid.

Basic room with television and polite receptionist.

Loud group screaming and shouting during the night and hanging outside the premises from 2am. No staff during the night. Way overpriced!

Rooms tiny kettle didn't fit in sink had to be plugged in on the floor. Luminous fire sticker lit up the whole room all night as room was so small. No staff anywhere reception closed with bars across it, shower had parts missing, room noisy and sounded like old rattling pipes starting up various times during night... Definitely not a hotel worth the money I paid for 2 rooms. There is more however only so much I can say 🤦‍♀️

Budget, clean, en-suite but also kitchen facility. Everything required for a fuss free night or two. Pleasant environment.

Walls are a bit thin. No power point for the kettle, ended up on floor. Was kept company by largish insect which I eventually had to escort outside.

The host/manager was very friendly and helpful.

The room was very small for a double, it smelt of smoke even though there were no smoking signs every where. The bed sloped down hill and the bedding was quite old, awful pillows. The bathroom was dirty in the shower area and floor. The curtains had cigarette burns in them and you could hear everything from next door. I my opinion it was one larger room made into two. The price was £65, probably should have been half that price. Definitely wouldn't recommend or use again.

For price the room was decent and front desk was very friendly, he let us check out late upgraded the Pom and held luggage for us which was much appreciated.

the room was not clean to standard bathroom smelt and suspicious bottles left in room,hairs in bed and all over bathroom, sugar packs thrown everywhere etc.Even at price,cleanliness especially in these times(covid times)is one of the main things I’d look for in a hotel,I was unable to sleep due to my ocd and the conditions.

I didn't like anything. I paid for 2 nights for a double room and received a single room with a single bed. Shame on them.

I had a reservation for 2 people, 2 nights with a double room and a double bed. The room was incredibly small and you could feel yourself suffocating. The bed was torn to one side and you couldn't sleep in it, single bed not double. On the first day, at midnight, we packed our bags and left. It was impossible to sleep in that bed.I called the hotel the next day but they were totally disinterested. I complained to the booking so that I could get a refund back one day as they refuse to solve this problem.

Good location. Comfortable beds and very clean.

Small room just big enough for 3. Communal kitchen clean but very small. Our food that needed refrigerating got stolen. I think apart from the price the most disappointing thing was to find out the accommodation is shared between holidaymakers and emergency accommodation.

What breakfast???? Didn't get any breakfast.

We booked a double but were given a room with a double and 2 singles crammed in which meant there was no room. One of the single beds had something nasty up the side of it.The bathroom floor tiles moved when we walked on them and what carpet we could walk on didn't feel clean

The room was very small even for a single; I would liken it to student accommodation. The towels were very old, worn and small. The mattress on the bed needs urgent replacement. The room was not sound proof, the owners baby cried until very late so I could not get to sleep.

I don't think it was worth the money, shower was broke not fixed ready for guest Sink plug broke not fixed befor guest went in, the duvet was tto small for bed the net curtains had a rip in them. And to crown it all the guests was banging in the room and the doors was banging they did not have any respect for the other guest and the owner did not pull the noisy guest over there behavior. I wanted at least half my money back if possible L Willcocks
