IN GENERAL FACILITIES OK BUT TV PROGRAMS AND INTERNET FOR EUROPEANS VERY DIFFICULT
room comfortable location surrounded by other buildings breakfast it could have more variety of bread like brown bread
television only Chinese programs. SHOULD HAVE ALSO WESTERN WORLD PROGRAMS AND FILMS. INTERNET ON MOBILE PHONES IS DIFFICULT WITHOUT CHINESE SIM CARD

The hotel is showing its age. Not sure why it is rated as a 5-star hotel. The location is not good
The room was large, clean and comfortable
The hotel is located in an old, underdeveloped area. The view from the room offers rubbish-strewn rooftops of nearby resident buildings. The room wall and furnishings showed worn marks and scratches.

The room was very spacious (we stayed at family Delux suite) All staff are friendly n helpful.
