The cleanliness, the location, the room size and facilities, and the extremely friendly staff. I woild like to specifically mention yanchen (Kevin) who helped us with our baggage handling and shipping to our next hotel for convenience. He went out of his way to make sure things were organised and saw it through even after till we checked out. Highly recommend anyone to stay here. Amazing experience

The location near the malls and train station
Toilet facilities need to upgrade. I need to inform the front desk two occasions that the toilet were choked. The toilet is completely unusable causing inconvenience during my stays. The morning breakfast choices are limited and the restaurant space is small. Nobody reach out when I waited at the door. I walked away after checking on the food option and wonder off to another mall for breakfast.
