Location is very convenient, in the centre of the city.
The noise at night is quite troublesome - someone kept slamming the doors in the middle of the night at least 5 times. The staff are ok but seem to be under-trained / impatient. Room was not too clean (e.g. there was a used/opened toothbrush box in the bathroom drawer)

Wi-Fi never works.
You will use your cellular Internet for your entire visit. get ready. After my complaint, staff came to my room and connected my smart phone to hotels general Wi-Fi and it’s only worked for 10 minutes. I am certain it is not about my devices since my friends also never got Wi-Fi during entire visit.

Cleanliness - Bathroom sink had mould.
Carpet on the floor was ripping apart.
Entrance on the Ground Floor and Lobby area on Level 5 had work going on, not organised, messy,

Love almost everything about this hotel. It's new and it's relatively cheaper than other hotels nearby. Free snacks and fruits available at the bar all day long and they have one of the best restaurants just at the 2nd floor. Great location just at the CBD where you can walk around the park and get access to all the spots you want by car, metro or taxi.
The only thing I would say is if the sound proof can be a little bit better will be perfect, one night I can hear the people in the adjacent room.

the Booking.com gps location is inaccurate. it is not on the south west corner but rather the south east corner, with the entrance on the east side of the building.
