Central location: 15 min walk from the Zurich main station. You can walk pretty much everywhere in the city or take a short tram ride. Very clean apartment. I had a nice big kitchen area and a separate bedroom. 2 TVs and one AC in the unit. I will definitely stay there again and would recommend it. Was very quiet in the area (outside and inside). Self check in with a code provided several hours before the check in. No staff present at the location.

4th floor without lift/elevator (you have to carry your heavy luggage up the stairs). Check out time very early 10am and no flexibility to change it. No staff present there (all is done remotely).It can be a good and a bad thing at the same time. No storage room available at this location. A couple of things should be improved in the unit: bad toilet paper 🧻 quality, I would add some tissues or cleaning papers for the kitchen area. And bad quality pillows (I think this definitely need to be upgraded).

Nice apartment in city center, 15 min walk from the train station, very clean and comfortable

Nice and clean modern apartment. The entry door and access were well maintained and secure. The apartment was spacious, with two bedrooms, large comfortable beds, and a useful kitchenette. Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to stay.

Unfortunately, the apartment we were originally given at 8–12 Cramerstrasse, on the fourth floor, was not clean when we arrived. The bed sheets had not been changed, and there was hair and rubbish on the floor. As there was no lift, carrying several large pieces of luggage to the fourth floor also made the situation more difficult. We contacted VISIONAPARTMENTS, and to their credit, the staff responded immediately and resolved the issue by moving us to an apartment at 2–6 Cramerstrasse next door. The replacement apartment was clean, modern and much more suitable. However, we had originally booked and apparently paid a higher price for the 8–12 Cramerstrasse apartment, yet no refund or price adjustment was offered after we were moved to the other apartment.
