Location was really good, next to tram stop, restaurants and tourist attractions
It was hot and there was no air conditioning in the room
Staff provided the wrong code for the early check on which i paid in advance which resulted in waiting in the sweltering heat outside the appartment for nearly 2 hours waiting to get updated access code. The communication was too slow.

Location was good, key code access easy, and the room was well appointed and clean.
One of my windows had no internal or external blind so the room and bed was visible at night to anyone going up the stairs or in the courtyard. I had to cover the window with towels and my bags to protect my privacy. I asked to change rooms, but there were none available. There is no complementary tea or coffee.
