The apartment was very spacious for 2 couples with excellent kitchen facilities. Wardrobes for each bedroom were available and a washing machine. Bathrooms very decent, one has a bath.
The three balconies were absolutely stunning - could sit on those easily for an afternoon and we did! Looking left is Italy and right a beautiful view of Menton old town and The Mediterranean. The outside furniture was just just as good as the inside furniture!
Swimming pool was a real treat as hardly anyone using it so no crowds.
It is a walk up down the hill to Menton old town as the pictures suggest but a pretty walk. Not a negative but to be aware when booking. Uber gets you home from Menton old town for about E10.

Huge apartment with breath-taking views from every balcony. Easy parking. Beautiful swimming pool and perfectly maintained grounds/gardens. Staff there to meet us and show us around. Kitchen has everything you need! We absolutely loved our stay here in Menton and didn’t want to leave.
We stayed in summer and there is no air conditioning. That being said, plenty of fans provided and good flow of fresh air with doors open.

Nice Apartment with great view and location.
very friendly staff!
There were no AC in the apartment and it was really hard to be in the apartment during the day and sleep during the night.
