The location was great and the staff were lovely! I fell in love with the daytime security guard every time he greeted me with his smile and salute 🫡
The lift was continuously broken! It was EXTREMELY annoying! I’m a fit person but it’s the last thing I want to do after a hot day or night of walking the streets is lug ourselves up 3/4 flights of steps! They kept trying to fix it but kept failing! I’m beginning to think it doesn’t work at all!
The deck chairs around the pool don’t recline so I only tanned one half of my body, front half and I couldn’t lay down flat to rest.
I also don’t like tourists who stay around the pool all day with their mobile device up loud so everyone else can hear what they are watching. I asked the receptionist if she could ask the person to turn it down, it worked for 1 day then it was back to normal. So I gave up.
