Location, 5 minute walk from Tokyo station.
Rooms are small but that is the same with all the hotels we stayed in. Minimalist compared to hotels in the UK. No coffee in the room.

Location was perfect for an overnight stay and the room was very good. This will hopefully become our overnight hotel in Tokyo twice per year when we are commuting. Very good.
