Birch Villa

Very welcoming hosts and very knowledgeable about the local area. Provided very good recommendations about dining and shows. Ideal central location especially for central, south piers and pleasure beach. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed and mattress were great and we had a really good sleep. The en-suite shower in particular was very powerful as it had great pressure. My wife mentioned that it was one of the best showers she had ever had in a b&b. Breakfast was also great and was cooked to perfection all with locally sourced ingredients. All in all, this was a perfect hotel and would have no hesitation recommending to friends and family.

Perfect stay

We had a fantastic experience staying here. I booked this accommodation for my cousin and her family due to her disability, and the hosts went above and beyond to ensure all her needs were met. They were incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and even provided a complimentary upgrade, which was greatly appreciated. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a lovely breakfast each morning and a cosy lounge/bar area to relax in. Its central location was ideal, just a short walk from the promenade, and we were lucky enough to find free parking right outside. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend it to others. We would definitely stay again.

Hosts were so warm and welcoming, really making my little girl feel at home. The beds were super comfy and breakfast was outstanding, the rooms and dining area were spotless: nothing was too much trouble for Karen and Paul and really made us feel at home. Looking forward to our next stay in Blackpool and definitely will be booking this hotel xx
