Al Seminario

Great location on old town, yet relatively close to public (paid) parking. Italian breakfast (sweets) with juice and coffee on the rooftop terrace was nice.

I wasn't expecting that we could not drop our bags at the property - and that parking was so far from the property - altho Paolo did come and help carry luggage. I also didn't anticipate the cost of parking - 16 to 20 euro per day. WiFi was really spotty or non existent - but Paolo said he is going to upgrade the routers.

Paolo was very welcoming and the hotel room was very elegant and relaxing.

Nothing at all

Nulla

Location is not bad - 7 mins walk from Villa d’Este and 2-5 mins from center. Parking place and grocery shops are within 5-7 mins walk.

No shampoo, just liquid soap. No wine glasses. The third bed was just bad - my son never complained before this time about quality. The breakfast just shameful, in fact it can’t be called “breakfast”; coffee - maybe the worst in Italy.
