I admired with all presented services starting receptionist people, room cleaning, stuff support and shuttle availability
Comparing with another hotels in Makkah at same level, can't say any negative word.

Excellent customer services
No smoking in hotel, but our whole floor smelt like cigarettes. Also smell came in our room. I told front desk and they came to our room with spray to get rid of smell. Wasn't expecting this, as it seemed like people were smoking like it was allowed (room 131 was my room)

It was clean and the staff was friendly. Location is near Haram
Even the hotel is close to haram the shuttle service dropped us too far away from Haram on first night that I couldn’t use it for the rest of my days. They need to drop near clock tower. Secondly I booked a King bed room but the bed had two mattresses instead of a kind size mattress
