There was shuttle bus from and to Al haram
- The iron was broken tried to call the room services and the front deck however no response I almost call for more than 5 mins.
- the rooms was too small and the window is high up we could not see any thing
- no enough toiletries for 2 persons
- no room sandals
- it’s around 10-15 mins from haram by taxi and by a shuttle bus longer and it stops about far u need to walk around 7 mins
