Some lack of facilities at the hotel.

Amazing resort perched within the cliff. Rooms within the hotel were large and comfy. The pool was terrific.

Had to go looking for staff if you wanted a drink or food when poolside.

Beautifully spacious room. comfortable bed and great space. we particularly loved the huge picture widows, the expansive veranda and excellent ocean views. the staff are delightful and dedicated to helping guests.

Very good service. great location and walking down to the sea. great breakfast and we love the canoeing.

May need to have some bus transfer to shops but not quite sure

Loved the cliff top location and friendly staff. Suites were a fantastic size and great value when booked thru Booking.com. 5min taxi ride to Nusa Dua shopping areas.

Suite building seems a little tired could do with better maintenance upkeep.

Ocean view, staff, rooms.

Beach was not clean and there was not any sunbed. Ocean and seabed are not clean at all times. Garden and swimming pool lighting is very poor. If they can manage good lighting for trees ,swimming pool , it will be perfect pool view. Prices for meals expensive comparing portion.

Amazing hotel with amazing service. We got driven to the room with a golf cart. The room is huge and the view from the balcony is breathtaking! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. We even got a complementary tee with bisquits. The pool is great and the ocean as well: so bring your googles! I would definitely come back without a second thought! Restaurant is lovely!

There is not really a beach sitting area as this is the last hotel in the row of luxury hotel... There is nothing in front of the hotel, so you need a driver to get around

our sheets and bathroom weren’t clean and we had to complain which wasn’t really acknowledged. the hotel was understaffed so some stuff wasn’t open and it was much further out than expected so should’ve had more shuttles to town

We stayed at the villa for a weekend and it was a fantastic time to spend! We absolutely loved spacious and clean villa with private pool! Want to highlight the staff of Ulu Segara that were very friendly and helpful (e.g. they helped us to arrange paragliding in several minutes). There was a delicious and full of options breakfast.

The view was best, hotel staff were very friendly. Play area for kids.

It's very far from all places and very isolated. Can't go out in evening. It's scary outside.

Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and restaurant staff was wonderful.

No complaints. Everything was fine. The only issue is that the location is isolated. If you don't need nearby services (laundry, groceries, restaurants), but want rest, relaxation and/or romance, this is the place for you.

Size of room and bathrooms was amazing. great ocean view from the rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Property upkeep wasn’t great. Spa and gym facilities were poor. Quality of food was average.

Everything was beautiful and perfect. We are so sad we have to leave. If I could live here I would. One of the best resorts in Bali.
