Buen sitio, amplio y limpio
Decía que incluía el desayuno, pero no funcionaba la hervidora de agua y no tuvimos desayunos. Solo unas galletas.

The location was great, especially for visiting the Vatican and very near a Metro station. It was also very quiet.
The fact that they call themselves a B&B, but the breakfast wasn't included in the rate. The true B&B rate is different and we didn't find out until we were checking in. This worked out okay, because of an excellent Bistro right by the front door that offered USA style breakfasts.

Good location
No clear instructions, how to reach the property. Owner speaks only italian. Property was OK, too much of smells everywhere. We booked with breakfast, but there were only two options: coffee, croisant and orange juice, or capuccino, toast with ham and cheese and orange juice. Breakfast was served in bistro downstairs right next door. If you prefer normal english type of breakfast, recommend booking without it.

The property is very well located. Close to the metro, Vatican City and restaurants.
The breakfast was very basic. For the price we paid, it could have been way better.
