The location was superb, we had the view of the Haram. The scent of the hotel was so beautiful I couldn’t help but asked Ihsan how I can obtain it. He was so helpful and managed to refer me to exact shop where to find the scent and now my whole apartment smells like the hotel. I’m definitely going back next year.
There’s absolutely nothing negative to say about this wonderful place.

Location. Breakfast had good variety.
Staff were good and hospitable.
Seems old, not 4 star at all. May be 3. Our room was decent but lacked storage for 4 beds. Cleanliness is hit and mess. Cafe was basic. Reception area too small for a 4 star. Bathrooms old and broken things.
