Absolutely loved the staff from check in to check out they were all amazing especially Sheha she was so amazing and thoughtful towards us ! The property is beautiful and the amenities are wonderful! Clean beautiful rooms also!
The extra door lock on the main entrance door of our room didn’t work which we didn’t like, we did sleep safe though but having that functional would have given us a peace of mind.

Property looked nice from the outside
The cleaning staff rushed the cleaning and gave me stained towels and bedding but when I mentioned they did change it. The bathroom sink power was very slow and I had no hot water coming through. I booked the two bedroom apartment and think the main bathroom should have a bath because I had a 4 month old baby and found it difficult to bath him in the shower although I did bring my own baby bath. Also the lighting is just to dark. Apartment needs to be brighter.

"Era tutto perfetto, le piscine bellissime, il personale alla mano, la cucina attrezzatissima, un particolare non da poco: tutti giorni venivano riforniti acqua e caffè, gli spazi erano grandi e comodi..."
