Everything was fine and the personnel amazing
Thank you everyone
Didn’t like the smoke smell even though we knew is a smoking allowing hotel.
Maybe there there is a solution of rooms for smokers, and for non smokers.

The staff were exceptional, helping me out with everything I could. I had to send packages back to my home country and had a few issues and was soon to fly out of the country but the staff truly did everything they could to help me out! The bed was also quite big which was nice. The place was near both a konbini and post office.
The property is a little bit far from the major hubs of shinjuku and shibuya requiring you to take at least 2 trains, however it is only just a short walk from the train station. The room is also small but nothing unbearable.

Not bad.
It was a bit of a walk to get there. A bit of a walk to town to get food.
