There was not much to like. The location of the hotel is in a very dirty place up on a very steep hill behind Le Meridien hotel. Very difficult for elderly or middle age people to climb. The staff wanted cash payment only. The place looked very poorly maintained and reminded me of being in a third world country like India.
For all of the above reasons. It was dark low reception ceiling and I really thought I was in a sedy brothel like hotel. I was extremely disappointed as I booked a room for placing luggage near haram and had a family with me who needed to use facilities.

قربها من المسجد الحرام. فقط
الغرفة مستواها سئ. ومسوي النظافة سئ. وحدت بها حشرة الصراصير للاسف.

هذا الفندق كارثة على وجه الارض
لا شيء يعجب اول مرة بحياتي ازور فندق النزلاء لا يغلقوا ابراب غرفهم والاستقبال يعلمني ان اغلق غرفتي ولا اهتم بهم لانهم اصدقاء

تعاون الطاقم وسرعة تلبية الطلبات بالإضافة إلى قرب الموقع من المسجد الحرام
الغرف الثلاثية صغيرة جدا جدا ولا توجد مساحة لأي شيء فيها

near the haram, very accessible to food, pharmacy, haram, hospital etc which was a plus point. after we complained to booking.com, the manager upgraded us to a better room. however the overall property was not appealing at all. it was 2 or low 3 star property and the price during Ramadan was high.
the cleaning staff were not readily available, due to the location of the hotel, delivery was not an option, however this was ok as there were various options for food down. The hotel was only for bed, no breakfast or lunch / dinner options which was disappointing.
