Sehr gute Lage in Gehweite von Vatikan, Petersdom und Engelsburg. In der Fußgängerzone. Appartment sehr geräumig, hohe Wände, sehr gute Klimaanlage, viele Restaurants in Gehweite. Supermarkt um die Ecke.

The location is great, having restaurants right in front of the door and perfectly located to explore all the main sights. Also it was perfect for us as a family of four with the two bedrooms and bathrooms.

It was all great.

Emplacement de choix, tout est facilement accessible à pied. L'appartement donne sur une rue piétonne en face d'une fontaine publique. Beau espace et bien meublé, très propre et bien géré. C'était parfait.

Rien, tout était parfait.

District of the location, authentic atmosphere of the property, clean and well maintained and equipped property, clear self check in instructions, the welcoming bottle of wine

The apartment was very cold upon arrival, not good for the first impression. There were no any instructions how to make it warm, ACs are not able to warm up the rooms. No direct connection to the host, only messaging via booking com - the first time ever in my experience of staying in the apartment when you are not in the connection to the host. No understanding how to act in case of emergency situations. Very noisy location and completely non sound proof windows - 24 (!) hrs a day there are different noises - from screaming drunk tourists to the street maintenance teams. No big problems during the day, but be prepared to wake up multiple times during every night. Late check in (from 3 pm) and early check out (no later than 10 am) - we felt ourselves like in France) I asked but got no acceptance from the host for the check out at least at 11 am( 250 euro per night for this option - is definitely not worth it.
