Holiday Inn Express Gurugram Sector 50 by IHG

Man, I really loved staying here. Probably one of my best stays in Gurugram. Even though it’s a 4 star hotel, the service and overall experience were honestly phenomenal. The room was a little small, but it was exactly as described, so no complaints at all. It was very clean, cozy, and comfortable, and we stayed here for 5 nights. The location was also spot on. There’s a shopping mall attached to the hotel, plenty of other malls nearby, an ATM inside the attached mall, and it was easy to order food, get around, and find anything we needed. The staff were really fast and helpful, even late at night. We also used the laundry service, and it was excellent. It was fast, everything came back properly cleaned, well maintained, and packed very nicely. I’d definitely recommend using it. Room service was also fast, and the food quality was great. The only thing is, if you’re staying in one of the smaller rooms, I probably wouldn’t recommend ordering too much room service since the space can feel a bit tight. But in terms of food quality and service, it was really good. Another really nice thing was at the restaurant. One night, I had outside food while my brother was having dinner there. Usually, hotels don’t allow outside food inside their restaurant, but they were completely fine with it, which I really appreciated. Definitely a plus point for being flexible and guest friendly. Breakfast had a decent amount of options. It wasn’t the biggest selection, but for this price point, what you’re getting is beyond great. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good 4 star hotel in Gurugram.

The only real issue was the room key. It would sometimes deactivate because of the chip, so we had to go back to reception to get it fixed. It would be much better if they could sort that out, especially during a longer stay. Also, the smaller rooms can feel a bit tight if you order room service and have trays set up inside, but that’s more about the room size than the service itself.
