The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was cleaned and fresh towels were provided daily.

It would be nice if the chairs had leg protection so they didn't make terrible noises when moved across the floor. This noise carries through out all the apartments, especially annoying late at night.

Very clean and good location. Very close to the strip near the beach that have a lot of shops and restaurants. There's a supermarket close by and also a main bus stop that has regular buses to the main part Thira. Staying in Kamari is less accessible compared to the other parts of the Island, but we liked being somewhere less busier compared to Oia or Thira. When we asked for juice or water for breakfast we were able to get it and good communication via what's app / booking.com with staff. Regular cleaning of the room was a positive and Fanouris looks great with the design and look of the place! We would recommend. Thank you.

When checking in we had to wait for staff to show us to our room, could not enter the apartment. Later on we had English speak staff greet us which was helpful. Also, the breakfast was just a loaf of bread each morning. More variety would be better. Also, if we had slippers and robes that would be good.

Nothing everything horrible

Horrible I msg to get early check in he never responded when I called he said to go ahead and come. I had to sit outside the room for a hr because it wasn’t ready still after he said it would and we were let in by the house keeper. We weren’t spoken to or anything. Our documents weren’t taken nothing. We had breakfast included we only got a loaf a bread on the door literally. We weren’t msg or called or anything so when we checked out we left the key in the room. Mind you booking has my credit card information. I got a text message thru WhatsApp right off the bat told I didn’t check out and didn’t pay that he called the police on me and he was going to call the Embassy. I told him my details are on booking. No one checked us in and no one checked us out. And he was threatening that he wasn’t playing. I have all the texts to prove. He wanted to force me to pay thru a link he sent that I had to pay thru there. I told him I rather do it thru booking and I made sure to update my card info. He was adamant for me to pay thru the link. And then he still received the payment and sent a msg to booking that I left without paying to get double payment.

The apartment is just a short walk from the supermarket, beach and bus stop, where you can catch the local bus to travel between the towns on the island. The fresh bread delivered every day was great. The apartment is serviced every day - a real bonus

The apartment was amazing. Really nicely decorated and comfortable. Close enough to the main road and beach but far enough to be quiet. Fresh bread was provided every morning for breakfast which was amazing.

Possibly, they could have provided more food for breakfast and more coffee. There were no clear instructions for entering the property and we had to call someone with big difficulties in language and understanding our needs. If you are looking for fun this is not the part of the island where to stay. Very difficult to move from here everywhere else as you will have to get a bus or taxi to the main city Thera and from there get another bus to the other locations.
