This resort is magnificent, the rooms are very spacious and they have everything, from refrigerator to umbrellas. The staff is wonderful and every room has a balcony for sitting. A truly wonderful stay. The sound of birds chirping was so delightful.

Fantastic ambience, well maintained green spaces and pool areas. Very relaxing vibes throughout the resort. Very clean rooms and bathroom. Buffet spread was very good and varied each day. Buffet price was totally worth it. Great location and was about 15 mins from the main hampi ruins.
A tad bit pricey for how the rooms and bathrooms are in terms of aesthetics. However, they are really clean and spacious but just the interiors are a bit old inside in terms of bathroom tiles, fixtures and upholstery. But nonetheless I would stay here again because the ambience in the property is overall really nice with the landscaping, greenery, pool, and especially the location of the property is great. There isn't any other better property that's this close to the ruins and one that is affordable. The next best is Hyatt and Boulder Resort but they are 1 hour driving distance from the ruins. So I would just go with this if distance to ruins is a priority.

Food was good.
Room amenities were not up to the mark. Multiple calls were made to get room cleaned. For every little thing your are being charged a hefty amount. There is no sign board on main highway and it's nearly impossible to reach if Google maps is inactive especially during the evening even during the stay.

The whole property is amazing and very nicely done. The rooms are very nice.

Good location, friendly staff, good variety in dinner buffet and breakfast. The pool area and the grounds around the rooms are well maintained.
The entrance area is shabby and could be improved with better landscaping. Room cleaning was delayed until 3.30 pm, which was inconvenient. Calling the rooms as "villas" is completely misleading!

The property is eco-friendly and very peaceful. Well maintained. Clean. The staff is very helpful and they employ rural people from the area which is commendable.
1. Bathroom had a leak. The entire 3 nights stay was marred because of urine smell inside the bathroom
2. Had ordered food through room service but it had human hair. Returned the plate and asked them not to charge it because we did not consume the food. Yet they charged it during check out. Had to explain again that we did not consume the food. Then they removed the item from the bill
3. The restaurant timings are absurd. We reached after a long roadtrip around 3 pm. But because they were closing the kitchen, they could not make any effort to prepare a simple sandwich for us.
4. Wifi connection not inside bathroom
5. No room view, only view of terraces.

BF and Dinner is a well spread which suits all tastes. Its a large pool . We had booked pool villa which was huge and spacious.

The property is close to many of the locations around Hampi and required minimum driving. The rooms are big and has a nice balcony with a sit out. Lots of greenery around. Food was terrific on all the days and so was the service levels of the staff. They catered to all our requirements. An added bonus was the organic farm around the property which was amazing and grew many varieties of mangoes and other fruits. The pool which we didn't use looked clean and catered to all including a kids pool.
The car park had some coconut trees and the risk of parking below them was coconuts falling on the car or anyone could cause extensive damage. Would suggest the property use nets on the coconut trees to avoid this.

The location is good as one can reach to the main points in just 15-20 mins. The facilities are good and well maintained specially the pool. The evening 7 pm cultural program is icing on the cake.
The food menu is over priced.
