The room was large, the bed was comfy, the position is nice as it is out of the noisy city center, close to the airport. The restaurant inside is ok, but a bit expensive for Hurghada. The staff was nice.
The surroundings of the hotel are a bit "chaotic", with a war zone like impression. We booked a king bed room, but get assigned a twin bed room for the first night and had to ask to get relocated, the new room had the right bed but we lost the hairdryer and the safe.
The room was "clean" as long as you do not look at the details... They provide plates and cutlery but no dishwashing soap.
The toiletries were limited to hand soap and no spare toilet paper.

An absolutely perfect stay! Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the common areas, and all the services were wonderful from start to finish.
The location is great, in a good neighborhood with plenty of shops nearby, a masjid and pharmacy and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout our stay. There is also a mosque right next door, which is very convenient for Muslim travelers.
A special thank you to Hosni and Hassan, two outstanding staff members: incredibly helpful, kind, and always attentive. They are simply the best, a true 10/10!

The staff were really friendly, the location was perfect for my needs in the Kawther area, the pool was pleasant, rooms were well soundproofed, beds were comfy. The spa was also really good.
There was a bad smell in the bathroom which we reported and it wasn't fixed. The toilet leaked but that was fixed quickly. The internet in the room didn't work as there was a problem with the cable. We reported it several times and eventually someone came to check it. They said someone would come back in 30 minutes but they never came back. We gave up trying to fix it in the end.

Great location
Staff members unfriendly. On the last day there was a black out and the cleaning guy didn’t tidy up the room. We asked the receptionist why the room was not done and they lied and didn’t want to help. At the end the room stayed unclean even though we specifically asked them to clean it. There is no internet in the rooms, we had to go near the lobby to have service and we had to ask for the password every single day !!! Bad service overall !!!
