- Upon arrival, there was no water. We're told that it was a problem in the area, nothing to do with the hotel. Ok, we accepted it even though we arrived after 4-5 hours of driving and needed a shower so badly... The apologized for the situation but were in a hurry to charge us for the 2-night stay (They could miss that having in mind the situation - if the water shortage wasn't resolved, we wouldn't stay there. But with the payment they made sure they got their money in any circumstances) - My daughter's bed was not prepared - even having this conversation over booking. We waited more in the midnight for someone to come and prep the bed. A man came and started making it - he was obviously not from the housekeeping so I kindly told him to leave ,and I could do it. - The worst thing was the water - it appeared that WE , the guests, needed to switch on the water heater/boiler. And nobody told us or showed us - so I understood it when I had a freeze cold shower and then called the reception. The lady there was very unkind! - Some other stuff that I could normally ignore - the shower is within the room, not the bathroom. There's one curtain only and it's extremely bad when you have a little kid and you need to hide... Another thing is the breakfast - it's so poor. You can hardly find something to eat.. there's even no toaster for the bread. And final one - we were charged for the tea and coffee in the room, that are always free in other hotels (at least the ones I've by now - sure more than 50 hotels). Won't come again, sorry.

the apartment was big, clean and well maintained the view to the seaside was nice underground parking

They offer you pool access to a nearby pool & spa but they didn't communicate the access policy. We were two couples sharing an apartment and the other couple arrived earlier so while waiting for us and for the room to be ready for check-in they asked at the reception if they can go to the pool and come back for check-in when we will arrive and then to go back to the pool and the receptionist said that it is ok, so they went to the pool. When we arrived, first couple also came to the hotel to bring their luggage to the room and after this we went together to the pool. There, pool staff informed that only we(the second couple) can enter because the first couple was there already and left(not to mention the amount of rudeness and the way they said this to us). We argued that pool staff didn't informed the first couple about this policy nor at their arrival nor when they left, so the staff said that first couple didn't mentioned that they will come back (how could they, when no one told them about this) and besides this they said that hotel staff should have informed them about this. Their solution would have been that they allow the first couple to enter but without having the right to enter next day. So, we went back to the hotel, told the entire story to the receptionist and she called them, after the call she said that everything was handled and we can go back tot the pool and they will permit the enterance of everyone. Back to the pool and the story repeated, so I asked to speak with a manager because the person we were speaking to was rude and not customer oriented at all, but she told us with arrogance that she's the manager. So, I called to the hotel to ask them what they talked with pool staff because they still ask either for payment for the first couple either that they won't allow the entrance of first couple next day.

It is near the sea , there are many shops in the hotel , it was nice , if you want to spend time in the hotel you will not be bored , nice , the breakfast with a view.

The breakfast is the same , every day , most of the meat is from pig , I don't eat pigs , every thing you need like tea capsules for the coffee machine is for money . The bathroom and the toilet were separated with is not good for me.

Location was great and the size of the room was larger than expected. Parking was included and very convenient.

All was good, except for one small remark on cleanliness - there was tons of dust below the bed - looked like it was not cleaned for a long time.

Breakfast was really not satisfied
