Beautiful Ocean Views! Comfortable beds. Provided Linens were sub par. Bed sheets way too small and come off during the night. “Bath” towels very small and inexpensive. Would suggest upgrading kitchen items. Need a real knife set, a pizza cutter, new cutting boards.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: stayed four weeks in a beautiful condo by the sea. Everything we needed to feel as comfortable as home was provided. Unfortunately, we happened to have a problem with the garbage disposal but the team of North Beach Vacations had it repaired within the same day. All in all, it was a great vacation away from the mud season up north!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 908 is in desperate need of a major renovation! There isn't a decent piece of furniture in the entire place. It’s all outdated and worn out. The mattresses are completely worn out as well. The kitchen was nice just missing a few everyday tools if you want to cook in. The baths were very nice. As always to views are spectacular! We brought all these things to the attention of North Beach Realty, and we felt it was just swept under the rug and kind of like oh well, we have your money and there is nothing we can do about it. We have been staying at the Maisons Sur Mer for over 40 years and will return but not too sure we will be booking with North Beach and for sure we will never stay in unit 908 again.
