Everything was fine. Not a huge fan of going to the rental company before and after. I understand why, id just prefer not to do that.

Not the most convenient check in process/outdated with having to go to a separate location to check in/show ID/get key fobs, etc. There are other units in the building the rest of my family rented that didn't require this. The unit was not the cleanest when we arrived and several things were ripped/broken. Location is excellent and great view of the beach.
